Westbank First Nation (WFN) holds two forest tenures on Crown land within its traditional territory, including the WFN Community Forest and Replaceable Forest License.

The Westbank Block extends from Sunset Lake in the east to Bear Creek in the west, south to Peachland, and Northwest of Trepanier Park. It also shares a border with the city of West Kelowna. The total area of the Westbank Block is 43,174 hectares or 431 square kilometres.

The Derickson trap line area includes the Derickson Block (CFA) and Forest License A91134. It extends from Big White road to Greystokes Park. The total area is 14,788 hectares or 147.8 square kilometres.
