Ntityix Resources LP (NRLP) manages forest tenures held by Westbank First Nation (WFN) and Ntityix Resources within WFN’s traditional territory in south-central British Columbia. These tenures include the Community Forest Agreement (CFA) and the First Nations Woodland Licence (FNWL), with total areas of 47,456 hectares and 15,801 hectares, respectively.
The WFN CFA is divided into two geographic blocks. The Westbank Block extends from Sunset Lake in the east to Bear Creek in the west, south to Peachland, and northwest to Trepanier Park, and shares a boundary with the City of West Kelowna. This block covers 43,174 hectares (431 square kilometres).
The Derickson Trapline Area includes the Derickson Block of the WFN CFA as well as the FNWL. It extends from Big White Road to Graystokes Park and has a combined area of 20,152 hectares (201 square kilometres).
